Assigning Surveys to Pages

This guide demonstrates how to assign a survey to an existing page and to a home screen icon.

Steps to Assign a Survey to a Page

1. Access the left-side menu and navigate to Pages.
2. Select your desired page and click Edit.
3. Go to the Additional Info tab.
4. Enable the Has Questionnaire field.
5. Assign the questionnaire to the page.

Steps to Add a Survey to a Home Icon

1. Select the specific machine for your home icon.
2. Click Edit.
3. In the default general field, select the fourth option labeled Questionnaire.
4. Assign the questionnaire.
5. Click Save.
