The Activity Schedule Module provides guests with easy access to the hotel’s complete activity program, featuring both daytime and nighttime events. This interactive schedule displays images, descriptions, and time slots for activities scheduled over the next seven days. Guests can reserve their spot in advance to manage attendance.
Key Capabilities
The tool enables guests to conveniently check hotel activities digitally:
- Create a database with all hotel activities.
- Review and update activity postings weekly or biweekly.
- Provide easy access via a direct button in the WebApp or sidebar category.
- Filter activities by category for personalized viewing.
- Set up bookable activities designated as adults-only, kids-only, or open to both.
- Generate QR codes for booked activities to control access.
