How to Manually Load Reservations in Our Backend

Instructions for manually creating reservations in the backend when automatic PMS sync is not available

Instructions

  1. Go to the PMS Integration section and then to Received Data.
  2. Click on CREATE NEW RESERVATION.
  3. Manually enter the required fields (Reservation, Room, Meal Plan, Room Type, Sales Channel, etc.).

Important: The meal plan code must match the one in the PMS to prevent confusion. The sales channel indicates the reservation source (e.g., Booking, Expedia, website).

  1. In the room_comment section, specify any special reservation details (e.g., Twin Room).
  2. Click ADD GUEST to add guests, then click the pencil icon to edit.
  3. Fill in the SURNAME and ADULTS fields.
  4. Click the disk icon to save.
  5. Finalize and save the reservation by clicking SAVE.
