What does setup include and how much does it cost?

Turnkey setup includes installation, initial configuration, PMS integration and staff training. The cost is quoted per hotel based on volume and complexity — broken down in your custom proposal.

Can I cancel before the 12-month term ends?

Yes — the contract is 12 months but we don't apply early-termination penalties on software modules. If hardware is in renting or financing, the lock-in applies to the financed asset itself.

Is the price per hotel or per room?

You get both models. Most WebAPP plans are flat-rate per hotel — optimal for large resorts. Others are base + €/room/month — fairer for mid-size hotels. Screen packs are licensed in blocks of 5. The catalog details which model applies to each plan.

Is there a discount for multiple hotels?

Yes. Chains and groups get corporate pricing that reduces per-hotel cost starting at the second property. The Corporate Native App module unifies the entire chain under one app. Request a proposal and we will calculate the savings.

Why two WebAPP All In plans with the same content?

The All In One plan (€599/month) is flat-rate — optimal for large resorts where €599 dilutes across hundreds of rooms. The All In Room plan (€149 + €1/room/month) scales with your size — more affordable for hotels with 30-200 rooms. Same product, two billing models.

What if I need a module that is not in my plan?

Add it whenever you want from your client panel or by asking your account manager. À la carte modules bill from the following month — no need to renegotiate the base contract.

Can I change my plan or add modules at any time?

Yes. Upgrades and module additions go live the same day and are prorated on the current month's invoice. Downgrades apply at the start of the next billing period to avoid breaking integrations mid-cycle.

Is there a discount for annual payment?

Yes. Annual upfront payment has a discount over the standard monthly rate. We confirm the exact % in your custom proposal based on plan and volume.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. Chains, groups and portfolios with multiple hotels get tiered pricing — per-hotel cost drops starting at the second property and continues with each additional unit. The same applies to hardware (labels, kiosks, signage) when the order spans multiple locations.

Can I pay in my local currency?

Yes. We invoice in EUR, USD and MXN depending on the hotel's country. Other markets are quoted in EUR with bank conversion rates. Payment by bank transfer, card or SEPA direct debit depending on country.
