Creating QR Codes

In this video, we will go over how to set up a QR code from scratch and assign it to an existing page.

Instructions

1. Go to the Settings section in the vertical menu on the left.

2. Click on the Assign QR subsection.

3. Click on NEW QR.

4. Enter a title (reference) for your QR code.

5. Leave the Initial URL field as it appears by default.

6. Select the type of QR code:

   • Agenda: Links to the activity schedule published in the app.
   • Booking: Links to a page with an assigned booking engine.
   • Category: Links to a category.
   • Check-in: Links to the online check-in feature if enabled.
   • Employment: Links to the job section.
   • Express Check-out
   • Home Webapp: Links to the app’s homepage.
   • Maps: Links to the interactive map.
   • Menu: Links to a page with assigned menus.
   • Train: Links to the internal vehicle tracking system.
   • Offer: Links to a specific page.
   • Poll: Links to a survey.
   • Custom URL: Links directly to a custom URL.
   • Selling: Links to a page with active orders.
   • Spa: Links to the spa module.

7. Select the destination page you want to assign to the QR code.

8. Make sure the Active checkbox is selected.

9. Click the QR icon to access the advanced configuration settings.

10. In this section, you can make additional adjustments, including downloading the QR code and other options:

    • Edit: Allows you to modify the QR code (change its type, destination, etc.).
    • Archive: Lets you archive the QR code if it’s no longer needed.
    • View: Displays the created QR code. The system allows you to edit the dimensions, color, format, and finally download the QR code.
    • View Statistics: Provides insights into QR code usage.

Note: If you make changes to an active QR code, updates may take a few minutes to appear.

11. Once all adjustments are made, click SAVE CONFIG.
