Image Sizes

In this article, we will explain how to configure the correct image dimensions to ensure optimal display on our web app and kiosks. Follow these guidelines to make sure your images look great on all devices.

Agenda & Activities

• Buttons: Preferably 280x280. While images adjust automatically, it’s best to maintain this size to prevent cropping.
• Posters: Any size is acceptable, but for consistency, we recommend using the same dimensions, e.g., 800x600.

Sliders

• WebApp: 1080x607 (horizontal), JPG format.
• Kiosk: 1080x607 (horizontal), JPG or MP4 format.
• Vertical screens & idle sliders: 1080x1920, JPG or MP4 format.

Corporate Channel 0

• Main Image: 1080x1920, JPG or MP4 format.
• Side Image: 480x686 (vertical).
• Footer Image: 1920x300 (horizontal).

Interactive Map

• Point of Interest Images: Automatically adjusted.

Pages

• Buttons: 300x300 (leave enough margin on the sides).
• Kiosk Header / APP Video: 1080x607, JPG format; for videos, 1920x1080, MP4 format.
• Logo: 300x150, PNG format with a transparent background.
• Kiosk Background / APP Header:
  • Kiosk Background: 1080x1092
  • App Header: 1080x607
• Image Gallery: Adjusts automatically (preferably all horizontal images).

Categories

• Header Image (kiosks): 1080x607, JPG format; for videos, 1920x1080, MP4 format.
• Buttons:
  • Mini Buttons: 90x90
  • 6-button Layout: 308x140
  • 8-button Layout: 225x140 (most commonly used)
  • 10-button Layout: 182x140
  • 12-button Layout: 140x140
  • Buttons for Page Assignment: 300x300 (automatically adjusted if uploaded in different sizes).

Notifications

• Image: Automatically adjusted.
• Note: For images containing text, leave enough margin on the sides.

Menus & Orders

• Menu Cover Image: 369x556 (optional).
• Category Image: 800x250, though it adjusts automatically.
• Product Image: 250x250 — icons for the incident report menu or e-concierge. Not required for other menus.
• Employee Image: Only for the Spa module.

Booking Engines

• Image: Automatically adjusted.
• Category Image: Automatically adjusted (must be uploaded).
• Schedule/Product Image: Not required.

After uploading your images, check how they appear on different devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
