How to monitor survey feedback and view result graphs through the backend

This guide explains how to monitor survey feedback through the Hoteligy backend system.

Accessing Survey Results

  1. Navigate to the left menu and select Customer Surveys / Results.
  2. Apply filters by your desired date range.
  3. Choose the specific survey you wish to review.
  4. A compiled list of finished surveys matching your timeframe will display.
  5. Select Details to examine comprehensive response information.
  6. Modify the survey status (New, Pending, Addressed) or remove it entirely.

Viewing Survey Graphs

  1. Go to Customer Surveys / Survey Graphs in the menu.
  2. Filter by your preferred date range.
  3. Pick the survey to analyze.
  4. The system presents the survey’s rating trends and evolution over time.
