Configuring the Activity Schedule Module
Step-by-step guide to setting up the activity schedule for entertainment programs, including scheduling types, reservations, and booking management.
In this video, we will go through a step-by-step guide on how to set up the activity schedule for our entertainment program.
Once all the necessary base information has been uploaded to configure the schedule (icons, posters, titles, information, maps, groups, etc.), it’s time to schedule each activity by following these steps:

Click on Schedule for the selected activity.

Choose the scheduling type:
- One-time: The activity occurs only on a specific day.
- Daily: The activity repeats every day.
- Weekly: The activity takes place on one or multiple days of the week.
- Recurring: The activity occurs at regular intervals, such as every 14 days.

Configure the dates, times, and days the activity will take place.

Specify whether the activity is reservable or not by defining:
- Whether it is for adults only, children only, or both.
- The maximum number of participants.
- The minimum advance notice required for reservations.
- Whether you want to enable a waitlist for customers who couldn’t secure a spot.
Managing Reservations
For reservable activities, bookings can be reviewed in the Reservations List section, where you will find all reservations, both active and canceled. From this section, you can:
- Filter by date using the top menu.
- Double-click on a reservation to review customer details and update its status. You can mark the reservation as arrived, canceled, or delete it if necessary.
- Review the reservation history using the History button in the top-right corner.
- Print or download the full reservation list.
- Activate reservation control via QR code scanning.
