Do you only work with Spain and Mexico?
We have our own staff and offices in the Canary Islands, Spain and Mexico, but we currently work with clients and distributors from all over the world. We already have clients in more than 14 countries.
Do you ship merchandise outside of Spain?
Yes, we have logistics agreements that allow us to deliver merchandise outside of Spain without complications.
Can you invoice from another country?
Currently, billing is done from Spain (Canary Islands) or from Mexico, where we also have an established legal company.
Can I get references from another hotelier?
Of course, we invite you to contact our commercial department so that they can put you in touch with a client in your area.
Is there a tenure contract?
In most cases there is no permanence, however, depending on the type of contract and commercial agreement, some permanence or minimum contract may apply.
