Notifications in Case of Orders

Overview of available notification methods when orders are placed through the system

To ensure a smooth and efficient order management experience, our system offers various notification options to make sure your request is processed quickly and effectively.

Below, we explain the available notification methods when placing an order:

1. Email Confirmation

When a customer places an order, they can receive an email confirmation if this option is enabled. This allows them to have a detailed record of their requests and verify the order information.

2. On-Platform Confirmation

If staff members use the platform in real time, orders will appear on the screen under Order List and can be managed immediately. We can configure the system to emit a sound alert so that orders are attended to without delay by clicking on the bell icon in the top right menu.

3. Push Notifications on Mobile Devices

For a more interactive experience, push notifications can be enabled on Android devices. If this feature is active, staff members will receive an alert on their phone when an order has been confirmed or updated.
