How to configure a notification that redirects users to a satisfaction survey
This guide explains how to configure a notification that directs users to a satisfaction survey.
Steps
- Navigate to the left-side menu and select Notifications.
- Click CREATE NOTIFICATION.
- Complete the required fields following the Notifications configuration guide.
- In the Notification Template field, choose Survey.
- Assign the desired survey for the notification to redirect to.
- Click Save.
