How to Add Visits in Security & Resorts
How to add and manage visits in the Security & Resorts module, including visit tracking, check-ins/check-outs, and contact management.
In this video, we will go over an example of how to add visits in the Security & Resorts module app and how to filter visits by a specific date range.
Security & Resorts Module

In the App tab, at the bottom right, you will find the ”+” symbol, which allows you to add the details of a specific visit. All previously configured information must be filled in to maintain thorough control of each visit. Once the visit is added, you have the option to send a WhatsApp confirmation to the visitor, including a QR code that verifies them as a hotel visitor. Once created, the visit can also be edited or canceled if necessary.

At the bottom section, you can track upcoming check-ins and upcoming check-outs, allowing you to monitor who is arriving, about to arrive, or leaving the premises.

At the top, there is a calendar view, which provides the option to filter visits by date and displays a breakdown of all scheduled visits.

Additionally, contacts will be saved in the system, allowing direct access to them. This makes scheduling visits easier, as the visitor’s details remain stored for future reference.
