How to Pause a Schedule
Learn how to temporarily pause and reactivate schedules in the electronic labeling system
In this article, you will learn how to pause a schedule in your electronic labeling system. This feature allows you to temporarily disable the availability of certain services, either because they are not available at the moment or because you want to replace them with a different menu.
Instructions
- Log in to your account at cms2.hoteligy.com.
- Navigate to the Restaurants tab.
- Click the Schedules button (clock icon).
- Find the schedule you want to pause.
- Click the Pause button.
- Once the pause is confirmed, the schedule will remain saved in the system but will be inactive. Its color will change to red to indicate paused status.
- Reactivate the schedule (optional): To restore a paused schedule, click the same button used to pause it. This reactivates the schedule and changes its status back to active.
