Configuring the Security & Resorts Module
How to set up and update the general fields of the Security & Resorts module, including visit types, areas, companies, visitors, vehicles, departments, and employees.
In this video, we will walk you through how to set up and update the general fields of our Security & Resorts module.
First, we need to configure the additional fields of the Security & Resorts module. To do this, go to the Settings tab. In the upper left corner, you will find a dropdown menu with the fields to fill out.
Fields to Configure
- Visit Types — These represent the reasons for the visit. To add a new visit type, click the ”+” button and simply enter the reason for the visit.
- Visit Areas — These are the areas where visits take place (reception, lobby, offices, etc.). They are configured the same way as visit types.
- Companies — These refer to external collaborators who need to perform tasks or work within the hotel. Simply fill in the company details.
- Visitors — Enter the details of the worker or workers from the company you just added.
- Vehicles — This refers to the vehicle used for the visit, identified through the available fields.
- Departments — These are the hotel’s work areas (reception, maintenance, marketing, etc.).
- Employees — This refers to the hotel’s own employees, allowing for both internal and external tracking.
