How to Set Up the Treatment View

Guide to navigating the Treatment View tab, managing employees, commissions, availability, bookings, and packages.

In this video, we will cover the key aspects to consider when navigating the Treatment View tab.

The Treatment View allows you to:

  1. Add and configure all active employees (name, schedules, breaks, training sessions, vacations, sick leave, etc.).
  2. Employee settings directly impact the available booking times in the app.
  3. Set up commissions based on roles (e.g., massage therapist, receptionist, sales representative), either as a fixed amount or a percentage.
  4. Manage availability by employee or treatment rooms, based on preferences.
  5. If managing by employee, the system automatically assigns treatments to each person.
  6. Prioritize specific employees for treatments, which is useful for internal and external staff.
  7. By default, treatments are distributed evenly to ensure all therapists have a similar workload.
  8. Manually manage bookings from reception, specifying the booking source (e.g., “reception”).
  9. Create packages with multiple treatments, which will be automatically added to the schedule.
  10. After a booking is made, all details are stored in the schedule for tracking (e.g., paid, used, “No Show”).
  11. Modify any booking, with automatic customer notifications only if the date or time is changed.
