Can Gäste choose a specific Liege or lounger?
Yes. Guests book on an interactive map showing zones, available Liegen and sun loungers, and choose their preferred one.
Can different prices be set by advance Buchung?
Yes. You can configure today's Buchung as free, tomorrow at €5, and a full week at €15. Dynamic pricing fully configurable by zone and resource type.
Is upselling mandatory?
It's configurable. Can be optional (guest adds if they want) or mandatory (Buchung includes a minimum consumption, for example). Configured per zone and resource.
What happens if the guest doesn't show up?
The system detects no-shows automatically. The pool attendant can release the Liege or lounger from the panel and reassign it to another queued Buchung.
How does auto-release work?
You can set a maximum idle time. If the lounger has been empty for X minutes, the system flags it for release or releases it automatically.
Does it integrate with the hotel PMS?
Yes. The software knows the guest's segment, plan, and data. Applies different prices, courtesies, and VIP zone access based on client type automatically.
Does it work for beach clubs, beaches, and all-inclusive resorts?
Yes. Supports multiple zones with independent configuration: main pool, kids pool, beach, beach club, terrace, each with its own Liegen, loungers, and umbrellas.
Does it also manage umbrellas and daybeds?
Yes. Each zone can have different resource types: Liegen, sun loungers, umbrellas, daybeds, and cabanas. Each with its own pricing, availability, and Buchung rules.
How do courtesies work for VIP Gäste?
You can assign free resources by segment. VIPs book their lounger or daybed at no cost, while other segments pay. You can also restrict premium zones to authorized Gäste only.
Does it have access control?
Yes. You can validate Buchungs at each pool or beach zone access point. Only Gäste with confirmed Buchungs enter.
Does the pool attendant need an app?
No. The pool service panel works from any browser, on mobile or tablet. No installations needed. The attendant manages Liegen, loungers, and umbrellas in Echtzeit.
How much does the Liege Buchung software cost?
