Does the guest need to download anything?

No. The WebApp works directly in the phone's browser. Guests access it by scanning a QR, tapping an NFC tag, or opening a link. They can optionally install it as a PWA on their home screen.

What domain is the WebApp hosted on?

On votre hôtel's domain (e.g., app.yourhotel.com). The guest sees your brand, not Hoteligy's. Infrastructure is hosted on redundant servers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia.

Does it integrate with our PMS?

Yes. We integrate with Opera, Sihot, Noray, SAP, Protel, and many more. Also with electronic locks (ASSA ABLOY, Salto, Onity) and payment gateways (Stripe, Redsys).

How many modules can I activate?

As many as you need. You start with the included base features and activate additional modules based on your operation. You don't pay for what you don't use.

Does it work across all hotel channels?

Yes. What you publish in the WebApp is automatically reflected on bornes, affichage numérique, Smart TV channel, and AiChat. One CMS for all channels.

How long does mise en place take?
