This guide demonstrates how to assign a survey to an existing page and to a home screen icon.
Steps to Assign a Survey to a Page
- Access the left-side menu and navigate to Pages.
- Select your desired page and click Edit.
- Go to the Additional Info tab.
- Enable the Has Questionnaire field.
- Assign the questionnaire to the page.
Steps to Add a Survey to a Home Icon
- Select the specific machine for your home icon.
- Click Edit.
- In the default general field, select the fourth option labeled Questionnaire.
- Assign the questionnaire.
- Click Save.
