Configure and Activate a Mini Club Booking Engine

This guide explains how to establish and enable a Mini Club booking engine within the system.

Setup Steps

1. Access the left-side menu and choose Reservations.
2. Select CREATE BOOKING ENGINE.
3. Specify the Provider (animation).
4. Enable Require Authorization to digitize parental consent forms for children’s Mini Club entry.
5. The Authorization Fields tab appears — choose which fields parents must complete.
6. Configure the Authorization Conditions tab with legal requirements or facility regulations.
7. Establish categories (Mini Club, Junior Club, Adults, etc.) via CREATE CATEGORIES.
8. Click the green ADD PRODUCT/TIME button.
9. In the General tab, set the time.
10. In the Parameters tab, configure: start/end time, available slots, minimum/maximum advance booking duration, and pricing.
11. In the Booking Options tab, establish age-based pricing if needed.
12. Activate the engine on the appropriate page.
13. Navigate to the Mini Club page and select Edit.
14. Click the Reservations tab and check Has Reservations?
15. Choose the Mini Club booking engine.
16. Click the green Save button.
