How to Manually Load Reservations in Our Backend
Instructions for manually creating reservations in the backend when automatic PMS sync is not available
Instructions
- Go to the PMS Integration section and then to Received Data.
- Click on CREATE NEW RESERVATION.
- Manually enter the required fields (Reservation, Room, Meal Plan, Room Type, Sales Channel, etc.).
Important: The meal plan code must match the one in the PMS to prevent confusion. The sales channel indicates the reservation source (e.g., Booking, Expedia, website).
- In the room_comment section, specify any special reservation details (e.g., Twin Room).
- Click ADD GUEST to add guests, then click the pencil icon to edit.
- Fill in the SURNAME and ADULTS fields.
- Click the disk icon to save.
- Finalize and save the reservation by clicking SAVE.
