Restrict Page Visibility
How to control who can view a specific page using room number, accommodation plan, room type, user login, and date-based filters.
The platform allows you to control who can view a specific page in different ways.
Visibility Filters
- Room Number Filter — Only selected room numbers will have access to the page.
- Accommodation Plan Filter — Only guests with the selected accommodation plan will have access to the page.
- Room Type Filter — Only guests in the selected room types will have access to the page.
- Identified Users — Only logged-in users will have access to the page.
- Date-Based Filter — The page will only be visible within the specified start and end dates.
Instructions
Follow these steps to customize the visibility of a page:
- Select Pages from the side menu.
- Use the search bar to find the desired page and click the pencil icon in the Actions column. Then, in the window that opens, click on the Visibility tab.
- In the Start Date and End Date fields, select the desired dates. If left blank, the page will always be visible.
- In the Visibility Type field, specify who can view the page or the tab inside the page. Depending on the selected option, additional fields will appear to further define access.
To preview the changes, you must log in with a room number that matches the configured room type or accommodation plan.
