How to monitor survey feedback and view result graphs through the backend
This guide explains how to monitor survey feedback through the Hoteligy backend system.
Accessing Survey Results
- Navigate to the left menu and select Customer Surveys / Results.
- Apply filters by your desired date range.
- Choose the specific survey you wish to review.
- A compiled list of finished surveys matching your timeframe will display.
- Select Details to examine comprehensive response information.
- Modify the survey status (New, Pending, Addressed) or remove it entirely.
Viewing Survey Graphs
- Go to Customer Surveys / Survey Graphs in the menu.
- Filter by your preferred date range.
- Pick the survey to analyze.
- The system presents the survey’s rating trends and evolution over time.
