Can different prices be set by advance reserva?

Yes. You can configure today's reserva as free, tomorrow at €5, and a full week at €15. Dynamic pricing fully configurable by zone and resource type.

Is upselling mandatory?

It's configurable. Can be optional (guest adds if they want) or mandatory (reserva includes a minimum consumption, for example). Configured per zone and resource.

What happens if the guest doesn't show up?

The system detects no-shows automatically. The pool attendant can release the espreguiçadeira or lounger from the panel and reassign it to another queued reserva.

How does auto-release work?

You can set a maximum idle time. If the lounger has been empty for X minutes, the system flags it for release or releases it automatically.

Does it integrate with the hotel PMS?

Yes. The software knows the guest's segment, plan, and data. Applies different prices, courtesies, and VIP zone access based on client type automatically.

Does it work for beach clubs, beaches, and all-inclusive resorts?

Does it have access control?

Yes. You can validate reservas at each pool or beach zone access point. Only hóspedes with confirmed reservas enter.

Does the pool attendant need an app?

No. The pool service panel works from any browser, on mobile or tablet. No installations needed. The attendant manages espreguiçadeiras, loungers, and umbrellas in tempo real.
