No queues. No surprises. Guests pay from the webapp.
Your guest checks their live folio from the hotel webapp with every charge and credit timestamped: restaurant, spa, minibar, excursions, payments on account. They see the outstanding balance in real time and can pay it by card before checking out. Result: zero queues at checkout, full transparency and cash reconciled before the guest even reaches the lobby.

Checkout is still the worst moment of the stay
Front-desk bottleneck
Between 9 and 11 AM the queue builds up at reception. Each checkout means printing the folio, reviewing it, taking payment and resolving questions. The guest leaves in a hurry, the front desk can't attend to anything else.
Surprises on the bill
The guest reaches checkout and discovers minibar charges, a spa massage or an excursion they didn't remember. Arguments, reviews and sometimes cancellations that hurt the hotel's margin.
Zero transparency during the stay
Until departure day, the guest doesn't know how much they've spent or what's been charged. They can't plan ahead and don't trust charges they don't remember making.
Cash mismatches and late payments
Cash payments, last-minute card charges, reconciliation errors. The finance team loses hours matching movements that could have been collected online during the stay.

Over 500 hotels trust Hoteligy
Three key features to transform checkout
Live folio with timestamps
Every charge appears in the guest's folio with date, time and detailed description as soon as it's posted in the PMS. Restaurant at 14:32, spa at 11:05, minibar at 08:14. No doubts, no arguments.
Online payment of outstanding balance
The guest pays the balance from the webapp by credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Connection to multiple gateways by market: Stripe, Redsys, PayComet, PayNoPain or MIT México.
Configurable time-window access
Enable the module during the whole stay or only from 6 PM the day before checkout. You decide the moment — by hotel, by rate type or by room.
Detailed timestamped charges
Each charge and credit appears with date, time and description exactly as posted in the PMS.
Multi-currency
Display the folio in the guest's preferred currency with live exchange rate from the PMS or gateway.
PMS sync
Payments post to the PMS automatically. Compatible with Opera, SIHOT, Noray, Protel, Acigrup, Ulyses, Zavia and standard SOAP/REST connectors.
Downloadable digital receipt
The guest can download the folio as PDF at any time and receives an email receipt after payment.
Push notifications
Automatic alerts when relevant charges are added or when checkout approaches with a pending balance.
Audit and PCI compliance
Full log of access, queries and payments. Gateways with 3D-Secure. Card data never touches your server — it's processed by the gateway. Option to tokenise the card for later charges if the gateway supports it.
Multilingual folio
Each charge is displayed in the guest's preferred language, translated from the CMS catalogue.
Gateway by market
Hoteligy is gateway-agnostic: each hotel connects its preferred provider without changing the guest experience.
Connect your preferred payment gateway
Hoteligy is gateway-agnostic. Each hotel keeps its current contract and commission; the module integrates without touching financial operations.

Benefits for hotel, team and guest
Smoother operations
Reception frees 30–50% of checkout time. Mass-departure days stop being a problem. Front-office can focus on attention, not on collecting payments.
Frictionless guest experience
The last memory of the hotel isn't a queue or an argument over the bill — it's the freedom to leave when they want, with the balance settled from their phone.
Cash reconciled before checkout
Early collection during the stay. Less cash on hand, fewer post-checkout disputes, faster and near-automatic bank reconciliation.
Part of the guest's full digital ecosystem
Express checkout doesn't work in isolation: it's integrated with every channel where guests and staff already interact.
Guest WebApp
Primary access to folio and payment from the guest's phone.
Corporate app
For chains: integrated into the official hotel app.
Kiosks
Check folio and pay also from lobby kiosks.
AiChat
Guest asks the assistant about their balance or charges and gets an answer.
Room service
Room-service charges appear instantly on the folio.
"Checkout mornings were a bottleneck. Now guests check their balance from the app the night before, pay by card if they want, and on departure they just hand over the key. No queues, no disputes."

Frequently asked questions
Which payment gateways does the module support?
Stripe (global), Redsys (Spain), PayComet (Spain, multi-currency), PayNoPain (Spain with anti-fraud) and MIT México. If your hotel has a contract with another gateway, we'll evaluate the integration on demand — the module is provider-agnostic.
What if the guest doesn't pay online? Do they lose the room?
No. Express checkout is optional. If the guest prefers to pay at reception on departure, the traditional flow still works. The module simply adds a more convenient alternative.
How does it sync with the PMS?
Via a two-way connector: PMS charges appear on the guest folio as soon as they're posted, and payments made from the webapp are automatically posted in the PMS. Compatible with Opera, SIHOT, Noray, Protel, Acigrup, Ulyses, Zavia and standard SOAP/REST connectors.
Which languages is the folio displayed in?
In the guest's preferred language detected at pre-checkin or configured in their profile. Charge concepts are translated from the CMS catalogue, so each charge appears correctly in the guest's language.
Can it be shown in a different currency than the hotel's?
Yes. The guest can see the folio in their home currency with live exchange rate from the PMS or from the gateway at payment time. The actual charge is made in the currency configured in the PMS, at the rate of the moment.
When is folio access enabled? Throughout the stay?
You decide. You can enable it for the entire stay (maximum transparency), only from 6 PM the day before checkout (payment focus), or by rate type / room. Configurable per hotel.
Is it PCI-DSS compliant?
Yes. Card data never touches Hoteligy or hotel servers — it's all processed by the gateway under PCI-DSS Level 1 with mandatory 3D-Secure for online payments.
If the guest pays online and then adds charges, how is that handled?
The folio keeps showing the live balance. If the guest adds charges after a payment, they see the new outstanding balance and can make a second payment. The system supports several partial payments until the folio is closed.
Do I need to change PMS or gateway to enable it?
No. The module connects to your current PMS and gateway via standard connectors. You don't need to change contracts or providers — and you keep the commission you already have negotiated.
How long does it take to go live?
Between 2 and 4 weeks depending on the PMS and gateway. Configuration of time windows, languages and catalogue happens in parallel to the technical integration, so the hotel can test it in sandbox from week 2.
End the checkout queues
The last memory of your hotel shouldn't be a queue at reception. In 15 minutes we'll show you the full flow.
